santa barbara, lived in and layered

warm stucco, bleached oak, and santa barbara living

the homes that stay with you are the ones that feel gathered, not assembled. this collection draws from the material world of it's complicated: marble with squared edges, zinc that reads like aged metal, linen slipcovers, and a palette of warm neutrals anchored by the earthy orange of spanish colonial santa barbara.

our inspiration

behind the collection

we have always been drawn to homes that feel like they were never decorated all at once. the kind of place where the furniture gathered slowly over years, where nothing matches exactly but everything belongs. when we watched it's complicated, we kept pausing to talk about what we were looking at.

the setting is a 1920s spanish colonial hacienda in santa barbara. warm stucco walls. bleached oak running from the dining table to the bedroom dresser. linen slipcovers in cream and natural earth tones. and then this very specific orange appearing everywhere, not as a trend but as a geographic fact, pulled directly from the city's clay rooftops and citrus trees outside the window. a palette that came from the landscape, not a mood board.

that's the home we kept coming back to. this collection is our version of it. we truly hope you love what you see!
