parker + gibbs currently offers complimentary standard shipping.

we currently ship anywhere in the united states. all orders are sent out of our warehouse in atlanta, ga. we are unable to ship to p.o. and a.p.o. boxes. 

how long do orders take once they are shipped?

most items should arrive within 3-5 business days from the ship date. items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.

when will my order ship?

for items we have in stock, we usually ship within 3-5 business days after you place your order. some products may take longer to ship. to find out when your specific items will ship, please check their individual product pages on our website. if you've ordered a custom item, you'll find its expected shipping time on its product page as well.

how do i track my order?

once your items have been shipped, you will receive an email which contains tracking information.   

what if i receive the wrong items?

if you received the wrong items, start by checking the included invoice. if there is a discrepancy between the items you received and the items on the invoice, please contact us at heythere@parkergibbs.com and let us know so that we can make it right.
