parker + gibbs currently offers complimentary standard shipping.
we currently ship anywhere in the united states. all orders are sent out of our warehouse in atlanta, ga. we are unable to ship to p.o. and a.p.o. boxes.
for non-furniture items we have in stock, we usually ship within 3-5 business days after you place your order. some products may take longer to ship. to find out when your specific items will ship, please check their individual product pages on our website. if you've ordered a custom item, you'll find its expected shipping time on its product page as well.
once your items have shipped, you will receive an email which will include tracking information.

these items ship with doorstep delivery
small furnishings
these items ship with doorstep delivery. small furnishings include items such as small furniture pieces not requiring assembly such as nightstands, cocktail tables, end tables, table lamps, select floor lamps, and select small lighting fixtures.
larger furnishings
these items ship with threshold or white glove delivery. large furnishings include coffee tables, sideboards, dressers, beds, etc.
additional information
you’ll need to be home to sign for your delivery at the scheduled time.
please make sure the path into your home is clear and there’s enough room for the delivery team to bring your piece inside with care.
some deliveries may not include full assembly, packaging removal, or full white glove service so please refer to the delivery method selected at checkout.
all orders will be delivered to the original shipping address provided during checkout and cannot be rerouted.
delivery methods
we offer three delivery options designed to match the scale of your purchase and the level of service you prefer. each method is tailored to ensure a smooth arrival—whether it's a petite accent piece or a handcrafted heirloom.
doorstep delivery
no appointment or signature required. your item will be delivered and placed outside your front door or another dry, protected location. a delivery photo will be taken as proof of delivery.
threshold delivery
available by appointment and requires an adult signature. your item will arrive packed and will be placed in the first dry, accessible area inside your home such as a foyer, garage, or covered entryway.
white glove delivery
available by appointment and requires an adult signature. this full-service option includes in-home placement of your furniture in the room of your choice, including up to two flights of stairs. the delivery team will unpack your item, complete up to 20 minutes of light assembly, and remove all packaging materials before leaving.
things to keep in mind before delivery
to help ensure a smooth and successful delivery, please take a moment to review the following details. these guidelines are designed to protect your purchase and support the best possible experience from our delivery partners.
delivery address + contact info
furniture and oversized items can only be delivered to the original shipping address provided during checkout. we’re not able to reroute shipments once they’re in progress.
please be sure to include an active phone number and email address at checkout. your local delivery team will use this information to schedule your appointment and keep you informed along the way.
missed delivery appointments
if a scheduled delivery is missed, a rescheduling fee will apply and must be paid before another appointment can be booked. our delivery partners plan their routes carefully each day, so missed appointments may cause delays or disruptions.
a courtesy call or text will be made to let you know when your delivery is en route.
delivery scheduling + item holding
once your item is ready to ship, we kindly ask that a delivery appointment be scheduled within 5 business days. if an appointment is not confirmed within that timeframe, the customer may be responsible for any storage fees. in some cases, the item may be returned to our warehouse.
if an item is returned due to lack of scheduling or multiple failed delivery attempts, a refund will be issued as store credit only, less return shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
delivery liability
please note that once the delivery window has passed without a confirmed appointment, parker + gibbs is not responsible for any loss or damage to the item while in storage or transit.

damaged items
if your item arrives with any damage, please be sure to note it on the delivery agent’s proof of delivery form at the time of drop-off. then reach out to parker + gibbs customer care within 48 hours by emailing heythere@parkergibbs.com.
include your order number and, if possible, a few photos of the item and packaging. this helps us resolve the issue quickly and take the best possible care of you.
