living room
we loved how the living room opened up through that beautiful arched entry wrapped in light oak. the venetian plaster walls caught the light just enough to give everything a soft glow. the furniture was a mix of playful patterns and rich textures, from the swirling curves on the pillows to the floral prints and nubby upholstery. even the rug had a quiet stripe that pulled the room together without competing. everything felt different but worked together so effortlessly.
kitchen
this kitchen was such a showstopper. the light oak cabinetry blended seamlessly into the architecture, and the entire space was filled with natural light pouring in through all those windows. the island was massive, with a built-in circular breakfast table that felt cozy and custom at the same time. we loved the drama of the venetian plaster beams overhead and the bold stone behind the custom range hood. and that arched glass door leading to the patio made the whole space feel even more open and inviting.
dining room
walking into this dining room, you’re immediately surrounded by rich shades of green that feel both classic and calming. the wallpaper’s traditional foliage pattern brings in a lush, garden-like vibe that perfectly complements the dark wood of the round table and chairs. layered rugs add warmth and texture underfoot, making the space feel inviting. the oversized snail sculpture nestled among moss mounds adds a playful, unexpected touch that lightens the formality just enough. it’s a beautiful blend of tradition with a little bit of whimsy.
bathrooms
on the left, this bathtub steals the show. sculpted with venetian plaster and ornate stonework, it’s unlike anything we’ve ever seen before. the traditional wallcovering and soft glow from the sconces make the space feel both elegant and timeless. over on the right, the power room feels like a step back in time with its rich faux finish and layered plaster mirror that adds such unique depth. the large stone sink, with its mix of white, gray, and brown tones, anchors the room’s rustic, old-world charm. together, these spaces bring a touch of centuries-old european luxury right into the home.
console vignettes
on the left, a tall gold gilded mirror catches your eye above a beautifully ornate european console table finished in antique gold. it’s such a warm and elegant way to welcome you as you enter the home through the garage. on the right, a dark wood antique-style console holds a striking floral arrangement with bells of ireland that feels full of life. behind it, modern artwork adds a fresh contrast, blending old and new in a way that feels effortless and inviting.
backyard
on the left, you can’t help but notice the beautiful natural stonework that gives the home so much character. the pool’s contemporary, minimal style with its soft blue glow feels calm and inviting. the dramatic archways add a graceful touch that connects the inside and outside spaces perfectly. on the right, the outdoor patio just off the kitchen feels like a cozy retreat. a mix of asian-inspired rattan, wood, and stone furniture is layered with patterned and textured fabrics in soothing greens and light tans that blend effortlessly with the backyard’s natural beauty.
