• please be aware: returns of rugs and lighting incur a 20% restocking fee per item if unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging, with custom lighting being final sale and non-returnable. all artwork, furniture, and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
• we thoroughly inspect all items before shipping, but if damage occurs, please check your order upon delivery and report any issues to us within 48 hours at heythere@parkergibbs.com; our team will quickly arrange a replacement or resolution.
